Don't know your BAL rating? Your building surveyor or a BPAD accredited assessor can determine this. For most outer Melbourne suburbs (Warrandyte, Eltham, Dandenong Ranges, Mornington Peninsula) the rating is typically BAL-19 to BAL-29. We recommend upgrading to BAL-29 if you're unsure.
